Intake coverage: an AI or hybrid answering service that takes after-hours calls, collects the minimum for a conflict check, and books a callback, without giving legal advice. And document work: summarising discovery, drafting routine letters and checking contracts against a template, always with an attorney reviewing. Ignore any tool that will not say in writing how client data is stored and used, and anything that drafts filings you cannot check line by line.
