ServiceTitan's Oct. 22 pricing page lists 3 tiers and still no per-tech prices
If you renew or sign with ServiceTitan this quarter, you still can't check the price yourself, so get the per-technician figure in writing before you sign.
- What happened
As of Oct. 22, 2026, ServiceTitan's pricing page lists three per-technician packages, Starter, Essentials and The Works, and each one says "Request Pricing" instead of a dollar figure. The page describes The Works as the full ServiceTitan suite and says the software is trusted by more than 100,000 contractors.
- What it means for a 10-to-50-person business
The page changed on Oct. 22, but the visible text does not show a new price, a new tier or an effective date. Treat this as a reminder, not a price move. ServiceTitan still charges per technician and still does not publish the number. That matters most if you are within 90 days of renewal, or if you are comparing ServiceTitan against field-service tools that do post their prices. Example: a 20-person HVAC shop with 8 techs. Assume $300 per tech per month. That is our assumption, not ServiceTitan's figure. At that rate the shop pays $2,400 a month, or $28,800 a year. A move from Essentials to The Works, or a renewal increase of $25 per tech, adds $2,400 a year at that size. Without a written quote you have nothing to compare. If you are not on ServiceTitan and not shopping for it, you can ignore this.
- What to do
- Ask your vendor
If your ServiceTitan contract renews or you plan to sign in the next 90 days, ask your rep for your tier's per-technician monthly price, any onboarding fee and the renewal increase cap in writing before you commit.
- What it costs
What it costs - Assumed price, 8 techs × $300/tech/mo (assumption, not published)
- $28,800/yr
- Every $25/tech/mo difference, 8 techs
- $2,400/yr
- Requesting a written quote and comparing it
- 1–2 hrs (≈ $100 at $50/hr)
- Doing nothing
- $0 now; you learn the price at renewal, when you have the least room to negotiate

Questions owners ask
- How much does ServiceTitan cost per technician?
The pricing page does not say. All three packages say "Request Pricing", so you need a quote from a sales rep. Ask for it in writing.
- What is the difference between Starter, Essentials and The Works?
The page text lists largely the same features under each tier. The Works shows "Configurable Payroll" where the other two show "Payroll Management", and the page calls it the full suite. Ask your rep for a written feature-by-tier comparison before you choose a tier.
Three to five of these, every weekday morning.
