Zapier is the easiest way for an office manager to connect the apps a small business already pays for. It bills by task: every successful action in a Zap counts, the trigger does not. As of October 5, 2026, Professional starts at $19.99 a month for 750 tasks and Team, which adds shared workflows and up to 25 users, starts at $69 a month for 2,000 tasks, both billed annually. Monthly billing costs about 50% more. Agents and Chatbots are now separate add-ons. Below about $1,000 a year, Zapier is usually worth its premium for ease of use. Above a few thousand a year, especially with long multi-step Zaps, price the same work on Make and n8n.
